If you have view access you should be able to see Approved Recon. Now in order to see an approved recon you have to do a search which can be quite time consuming or you can create a Dashboard but then you get all approved Recons.

Allow configuration of column format without using conditions.

Date column appear as blank (DB Value 01/01/1970) inactivity grid. However, If I export that to file then it corresponding value in file is '01/01/1970'. Classic IntelliMatch version export blank date as blank to file.
