Add Balance should be Recon Specific

If we perform Add Balance function in any Snapshot Recon, and click on Account, the drop down shows accounts of other Balance Pools as well and is not restricted to that Snapshot Recon. We can add balance for any other snapshot recon from different recon, which is not right.

If the users are already in one particular Snapshot Recon, they should be able to see & add balances for Accounts belonging to that recon only. There are chances that any incorrect balance is added for different balance pool with this.
