Throughput cacluation and report for ILM

Provide throughput report in intraday liquidity monitor (realtime, not as end of day, when the time of the day it is required to be calculated). Not only on an aggregate basis but on a either customer or segment basis (or some any grouping client requires). This will allow customers not only to better comply with regulations directly out of intelli but put them in a position to analyze where intraday liquidity is being absorbed.
