Ability to view / reactivate historical items

If items have been matched incorrectly and have been moved to history users need the ability to search / view and reactivate historical items.

    Some clients move matched items to history as early as 7 days of resolution date and it is moved to history early based on the idea that items can be retrieved any time from history for investigation purposes. Also, very often user does history search to answer the audit queries and various data investigations.

    Request to reconsider this. Because there are multiple business scenarios where user required to reactivate items from History to Active.
