IntelliMatch NextGen UI

In 19.2, the items which are matched with Match State 'Approved' are not viewable in web. We can still see these items in desktop client but not in the web. Below are the conditions under which they should be visible:

1. If a proposed match group is approved, the match group should be visible.

2. If the group filter (migrated as Recon) has the criteria of ItemState = Matched, then it should display the items matched with Approved match state (either by system or manually approved by users)

This is needed mainly for Confirmations since the users may need to dissolve the approved matched item and perform some manual tasks. Or they simply may want to refer to those items matched with Approved matched state.
