We have scenarios where there is configuration for static data interface for client. For example, Account Static data Interface for auto creation of account, MRI Interface for keeping MRI rules in Confirmation Recon, or any other additional static data maintenance interface. These additional static data interface is for supporting process like auto account creation or additional data enrichment etc. These should be categorized and presented separately for easy access by user.

In regards to ILM, Static data needs to be maintained outside the context of the Item table & needs to have an associated approval process where changes are made, especially where limits are concerned.
