if you click on "Expand All" icon then all rows get expanded with complete details of Recon. Also, all rows by default selected by system after click on Expand All. At the moment it appears that if you want to deselect any specific record then you have to close the close the corresponding recon details node first. It is not possible to deselect any recon records without closing detail node.

The functionality should be that when ‘expand all’ is clicked on the recon list that no recons are automatically selected but the recon details are simply expanded for each recon. That way you can individually select the expanded recons that you want to approve. Otherwise if all records getting auto selected Expand All, user should have ability to deselect specific records without closing recon details node of that record.
