Recon Approval popup

When accepting recons to move them to the next level the pop up window is titled Approve recon (this should say 'Accept recon' and the button to click is named 'Approve'. Can the button be relevant to the operation - if recon is 'Submitted' the button should say 'Review'. failing this the button should be named 'Accept'.
