IntelliMatch NextGen UI

It is still useful to add users (or multiple users) to a recon at the individual Pool level.  However, it would be nice if you can do the inverse and add Recons to the User at the User Level.  I have noticed if you add a new user and they would need to be added to many Recons (Balance Pools) you would have to click into each balance pool.  This could be cumbersome if the user had a lot of recons he was assigned to.  This may be resolve when we add teams but even then you would have to go into each Pool and add the Team where it could be nice to select the Team and add the Balance Pool for that Team and/or user
