Can’t See Approved Recons (If not a Viewer) - Dashboards

If you are not a view you are unable to see the approved recons in the Dashboards unless you search. Can we change this functionality so no matter if you are at any level as long as you are assigned to the dashboard you can see the recon if you click on the recon state (assuming I am grouping by recon state). We should not be prefiltering the recons for dashboards based on the user set up.
