Ability to Move some of the Pop Ups so you

Ability to Move some of the Pop Ups so you can still interact with the data (or see the data)

Users need the ability to move the screen that pops up when you do a Bulk Replace or a Match so they can still see the data. Right now it pops up in the center of the screen and you can not move it without cancling out of it
