Can 'Quick Collection'; be a user specific option i.e. you add a couple of items into Quick Collection as a reminder for yourself - only you are able to see the items you put in this tab. Alternatively, 'Collections' can then be created, renamed and viewed by all who are working with the recon.

The way it stands at the moment, there doesn't seem to be any notable difference in functionality between Quick Collection and Collection aside from the 'rename' option.
