Ability to access the Match Group detials

Ability to access the Match Group detials from a Item Dashboard

We need the ability to access the Match Group details so we can dissolve a match group from the Item Dashboards. Currently the match group link is greyed out. This is needed for users to work off of a dashboard and to have full functionality
