Ability to Add Data Groups for Recon Dashboards

We need the ability to create some filter or data group properties for Recon Dashboards. Right now there is no way to limit the Recons you get back so you end up with all Recons for all of history. We need a way to limit them. Example might be only Active (not recons that have moved to History) or Only show be Recons that are out of Proof etc...
