Viewing your Approved Recons

As Recons technically disappear from your Home Page once they are approved, they aren’t calculated in the Home Page recon summary graph – it would be useful to add the number of approved recons into the graph so Reconcilers can keep track of the work they have completed throughout the day.

    I would only expect to see the recons that you had a part in approving. Expanding the search to show todays activity would be a good way of reviewing daily progress.

    Thanks Hannah, interesting idea.

    • Would you see it as being required to see the recons:
      • You approved i.e. completed the final state
      • or
      • you were part of the process i.e. submitted as part of initial state, and approved by another individual
      • or both
    • Would you expect to see the recons that your team approved?
      • even when you had no part in the process?

    Maybe we can also show a percentage calculation which shows the individual progression and the overall workload progression?

    Another option is to expand the way search works to show todays activity
