We discussed this and we don't want to consider the concept of a chat box functionality at this time. However, there may be other areas for us to consider i.e. Asking Virtual reconciler for information on how previous items with similar data was handled previously or team tasks.
To confirm, the requirement is more about being able to essentially ask other users about if they have seen the scenario before or how they would handle it?
I could see this as another potential use for the task functionality, and being able to create a public or team task, that would appear in everyone's homepage. We could investigate the ability to apply comments to tasks, but at least then we can track the information request, and assign it to a user directly and close it.
