Ability to change layout of Interactive Dashboard

At present all dashboard always appear on Top section of the page and corresponding item activity page appear below Dash board window. Pivot Dashboard card result normally very big in size. Some user will find Pivot Dashboard more useful if it appears on left side and corresponding Item data on activity page on right side of Dashboard. User should have flexibility change layout of the Interactive dashboard page on demand. Like in classic version, user should have ability to change page layout.
