IntelliMatch NextGen UI

Would really like to see recon controls in NEXT Gen. 

-Attachments (e.g. has every exception been assigned an attachment for the given pool; would be cool to further define the number of required attachments (e.g. requires 1 attachment); would be cool if you can even go farther and define the type of attachments that is required depending on the rec (e.g. need X, Y and Z documentation, etc.)
