Ability to Remove Balance Pools from Models (Recon Profiles)

Need the ability to remove a Balance Pool from the Model after it has been added. There appears to be no way to do this outside of a SQL statement

In addition to this we would still need the ability to view the history of Recons for the removed Balance Pool. This could be an example where a Balance Pool (recon) is closed and so the users want it to stop producing Recons. However, they would still need to view historical Recons
