In previous versions, editing of ItemState field was giving only limited options out of which "Matched" was not present. But in NextGen, if we try to edit ItemState field, you get all the available options, even "Matched". I tried to change the ItemState from "Outstanding" to "Matched" and the system allowed it.
This should not be the case. MatchId field still displayed -1, but the ItemState was successfully updated to Matched. Please refer attached screenshot with the details of this behavior.

@Andrew - I have edited the subject of the idea. It is more related to inline field edit. If we try to edit this field at item level, it is giving the option of Matched as well. This was not possible in earlier version, even with superuser.
@Parikshit - In the bulk replace screen we are only displaying fields that are editable. Please provide more details and validate this within your environment.
