It is not possible to combine/extract value (both string and number) of multiple fields and put it in a specific column using workflow setup in Task Automation. Sometimes we receive some complex requirement which is not possible to do using existing Recollector Translation facility.

e.g. if Account is "ABC" then consider 12 characters after text ISIN in Bank Reference Column as ISIN

if Account is "XYZ" then consider first 12 characters in Bank Reference column as ISIN.

It is not possible to set above translation formula in recollector  if data for both account ABC and XYZ are coming in same file e.g. Swift 940/950.

Having this feature included, We can achieve this kind of translation through Task Automation. This will help us to avoid lot of custom solution built for client.
