Activity view exception summary - red triangle in top right hand corner of an item shows that there is change in the item. The change can be comments, attachments, relative item etc.,. It would be better to indicate the user what is actually changed specifically in the item with different indicator in the activity view instead of open the 'item summary' to know what is actually changed in the item.
