Web Reports - Date Filter does not have LESS

Web Reports - Date Filter does not have LESS THAN , GREATER THAN operators as Desktop

This Client is getting migrated from Client Environment to Managed Services and all Desktop users are being migrated to Web. Currently they are trying to extract reports from Desktop using Date Filters. Date Filters in Desktop show many operators like less than, greater then, equal to etc. However Web reports only have 3 operators available i.e. BETWEEN, Equal to and NOT Equal to.
